Anna's First Trip to Florida

Sorry it has been FOREVER since we have updated the blog. Things have been busy. Kitty started a new job in the Briscoe Family business, working in the marketing department at FC Tucker and John is extremely busy these days with work, so life has been hectic! We did take the time to head to Florida for our annual Briscoe Family trip to Siesta Key and we had a fabulous time! Anna really enjoyed the beach and swimming! She loved spending time with her cousins (she is in love with other kids and finds them absolutely amazing). She is a busy little bee these days, her top 2 teeth are about to pop through, she jabbers away and trys really hard to say Boiler (sorry Beth, I think that all the B sounds have really lead her in this direction), she isn't doing a 'normal' crawl, but does a mix between an army crawl and inchworm by getting on her hands and knees and then straightening out her legs and putting her shoulders on the ground and pushing herself forward, it is hysterical! She may start walking before she crawls normally, who knows:) She is getting so big and loves to giggle and play peek-a-boo, she loves to hide her face behind her toys, books, whatever and play peek-a-boo with you. She is such a joy! She had her 9 month check-up last week and is weighing in at 18 lbs, 14 oz and is 27 3/4 inches. She didn't even cry when they took blood, just looked at the lady, like what are you doing and then smiled back at her. Just precious! We also got to spend some time with Kitty's Mom (aka Grammycakes) because our babysitters were in Florida for spring break the week after we were, so she came down and watched Anna for us, so much fun!
